This page is in memory of my cousin,
Eric J. Sigulinsky
February 9, 1978 - May 16, 1996
Eric was killed in a car crash around 6am in very dense fog. It was only
nine days before his high school graduation. Since, they have began a
hockey scholarship in his name. My favorite quote for him was by his
coach, "Someone may be able to fill his skates, but they will never
be able to fill his jersey." With this they also retired his jersey
the family was given the one in the picture, and they had it at his
memorial to be signed by all who had played hockey with him in the
past.
If you or someone you know would like to make a donation to the Hockey Scholarship in memory of Eric J. Sigulinsky, please contact Flushing High School, Flushing, MI 48433, or send me your contact information via E-mail. Thank You!
This is Eric, Sonia and Jake (from left to right).
They are my closest and favorite cousins.
Jake is a starter for his high school soccer team as a freshman!!! We
all are hoping to go watch him play in the Olympics soon!!
This was at my senior open house in '93. The last time that I spent a
good amount of time with Eric. Once I was at school we were both too
busy to meet. We tried several times for them to come to my football
games or to watch our hockey team play. I did get to see him play
hockey his senior year one time, but did not get to talk with him that
night.
